OK--I made a pound in a week--now I have to stick with it==glad the almonds are gone--need to buy some apples today--filling snack --little cheeses, pepperoni, other low cal snack need to be on hand-still drinking 2 glasses wine--need to stop but it is hard. Hope Sarah lost this week too.
