I'm back but not content. I've been on a roller coaster ride with my emotions but starting to get the grip of things again. I was losing weight before Covid started and it's been a year and have gained weight again. Starting today I will dedicate to taking care of myself again. Chapter 1 begins today and I am not going to give up.
