But I started off my dinner with broccoli and chicken. I started to feeling nauseated and vomited my dinner so I’m gonna have a cup of tea tonight
200.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
