Nice drop after getting 20,000 steps in (about 8 miles) yesterday! 🙌 I feel awesome and ready for an active Saturday 😁
185.5 lb Lost so far: 52.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
