My weight stayed the same this week.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1095 kcal Fat: 26.22g | Prot: 57.43g | Carb: 174.18g.   Breakfast: Fried Egg without Fat, Navels Oranges, Tea (Brewed). Lunch: Cabbage, Baby Spinach, Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing, Kroger Mozzarella String Cheese, Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Weight Watchers Ranch Multigrain Crisps, Red Delicious Apples, Spinach, Bananas, Lettuce. Dinner: Cantaloupe Melons, Great Value Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten). Snacks/Other: Orville Redenbacher's Smart Pop! 100 Calorie Mini Bag, Swiss Miss SWISS MISS DT HT COCA W/CALCM. more...

But you didn't gain. Try using measurements instead of weight. I notice a change in my waist before I drop any weight (I actually tend to gain because of the muscle). Stay strong
