Little disappointed today. Was hoping for more of a drop.
254.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 104.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Half a kilo a week is a good loss - anything after that is a bonus - remember - the hare didnt win the race..just keep going - you're doing really well :-)
