after a long time away focusing on mental health after some big life changes. I'm ready to get back to my weight loss goals!!! to loose 80LBS in a year is the goal. let's gooooooo
267.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
