Ugh! I'm not doing well, but I knew I wasn't. I didn't want to record my weight today, but I have to have a starting off point to get my butt in gear. The only person who can change my eating and exercise habits is me, so I have to get on it. I'm trying to do better and now with no holidays or other events coming up I should be able to do better, and have less stress. Having my hubby wanting to eat right and exercise too will help. It's definitely time to get back to the good habits I had when I was 5 lbs. lighter. Here goes!!
139.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
