I thought I had done very well Monday...our first day. It looks like I had too many calories and an exceptional amount of fat. I also just realized...I didn't drink much water...you're supposed to drink 8 glasses a day...and I had too much soda...so that is caffiene and a non-approved artificial sweetener...well now I know where I can improve. It's good to recognize these aspects to insure improvement. :-)
