Good morning to all my friends, I am so excited!!! I will be teaching an mma/boxing/yoga/self-defense class at the boxing gym. I was asked by the head coach at the gym if I would like to teach. I'm going to get paid and everthing. I can't wait...this will force me to stay in shape!! ;) It should begin at the beginning of May, so I need to get prepared. I should have my routines down by this week. I've done the diet 100% and exercised quite a bit this past week. I did a lot of yoga and cardio. I don't have too much else to report...hope everyone has a grea day!!

Man I wish I could be there to work out with you...you are so awesome!!!! Make me a DVD...LOL!!! I know you will have a tone of fun with the teaching, best of luck! I am pushing myself to get back on track this week...went rollerblading yesterday with my hubby and we had a great time so hopefully we will be able to do that more often! Keep up the great work...you make me want to push more!!!
