Good morning. Went to eat breakfast this morning and discovered my son had used all the milk. Grrrr. Used wife’s almond milk. It was ok.
Good workout this morning. Back to lifting heavy weights now that hand is better. Feeling good and pleased with the drop.
218.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Extra calcium! Good job. Try Oatmilk. It's nice and creamy on cereal if you found the almond milk too thin.
