I need to get back to this diet. Please any tips for starters... I just lost track n now have gained even more weight
164.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

journaling really has helped me. i started writing my feelings down especially when I get cravings and its almost a way to tlk myself out of temptation. Drinking lots of water also really does help. gotta stay hydrated! Good luck! I know you will get back on track n meet ur goals n no time!

After 5 days onhte diet I really don't to the pantry anymore.... its like I have no cravings... I have to admit I was surprised att eh amoutn I was snacking on the first day
