Apparently, after pregnancy I was suffering a huge thyroid issue which has made me gain weight. I now have started medication to help it level out so hopefully I’ll start losing this extra weight
127.8 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
