Oops!
At first I wasn’t going to log in with a gain, but then I realized: how is that keeping me accountable? So I bit the bullet and did the “big girl” thing. Pun not intended! 😊 I am determined that my next weigh in will be better.
252.6 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 76.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
