I'm trying to get my routine back at the gym slowly but surely. I was so freakin' sore at first but am finally feeling a little more in control. I'm sad that their were no power plunge classes at the pool but I plan to exercise on my own there until they do 2X a week and work out at the gym 3X a week. They don't have the yoga class I used to attend either. I was thinking about trying Palates Reformer but think I should probably work out at the gym for at least a few more weeks before I add that in. I'm not sure how difficult that is or if it's something I can even do. They will let you try the first class out for free so I plan to do that. I also incorporate walking every other day as well for now.
186.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do the pilates reformer class!! It’s an amazing toning workout, not too fast, and you’ll feel so tall and slender after doing it 😊

Thanks EAMFIT. I will post after I try it. 🤗 My best friend does Pilates mat 3 days a week and looks amazing at 62. Of course she always eats a balanced diet as well. I can't do the mat one after my knee replacements unfortunately.
