i don't know why I do this to myself. I don't do it intentionally. last week was bad,I went on a none eating beng. I just wasn't hungry, I ate a bag of chips and some pickles spread throughout the week. it's Monday time for a restart. I'm scared to get on the scale. I know I'm below 100, I can tell by the way my bra fits. 😭
100.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hint. Use to tell my patients if they drank boost or whatever to drink half then fill in with a healthy meal. I use to also tell them to gain weight especially after surgery to eat frequently. Little at a time because they find a plate full of food overwhelming so divide in small portions throughout the day. Know your not recovering from surgery but same attitude. Also if not wanting to eat had them purchase healthy meals not those in a box. I’m sure you might have a store that makes these Bottom line small frequent meals - if drinking shakes reduce amount so your not too full to eat a healthy meal

I have boost and ensure, for some reason they make me sick,like really sick. I tried drinking half,then the other half later.it still makes me sick.

Chellbuff: You sound like you're dealing with an emotional Eating Disorder. I would first find out what it is that has cause you to not see yourself at your Best and then find foods that You Love. Like, strawberries, kiwi, bananas, fish, oranges, waffles, shrimp. Just do kiddie bowls full until your belly can adjust to eating a bit more. Never ever, Hate Yourself. Why? cause it's gets you No way...it literal doesn't make anyone else sad but You and then you can't Blame anyone for your true Pain because it is trully a Mental hidden Pain. (I roll My Eyes at My Scale and call it a Lie, Lol). I'm not fat however it just has a mind of it's own. LOL. Stay encouraged and stay assured that you can find Food you Love without Over indulging in them.

Unsolicited advice warning ⚠️ Maybe try those bento boxes. You can premake them for the week, but just focus on trying to finish one box a day until you feel comfortable. I make them weekly for lunches because it controls portions and keeps my choices healthy. Maybe having those small portions premade might help you with the reverse?? Say you have the 4 sections set up, Eat section 1 for breakfast, section 2 for lunch, section 3 as a snack, and finally section 4 as dinner. You could pack with healthy fat high protein type of stuff like avacado, almonds, cubed chicken, etc.
