Another good day today. I weighed in this morning and no loss, but no gain either. I have done really well today (considering it was the weekend). Had a very busy day planned, so ended up going to sonic for lunch, but i hardly had any breakfast (wasn't tasting good) so i was able to splurge a little...i got a kids meal chicken strips..It ended up being under 500 calories, and then had a very healthy dinner...overall I have had a little over 1200 calories today, and my goal is under 1500.
Went shopping for 2 hours today, so that was good exercise, and also did my bender ball tonight for 30 min. so overall I have done really well today. Can't wait till tomorrow.
