Yesterday I didnt fast.
Overate carbs and protein
Weight up from 60.8 to 61.00kg 🙃🥺
Back to OMAD today .
I need to shake 61kg this week .
Will be happy in the 59’s
134.5 lb Lost so far: 28.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
