Definitely put some weight back on. Haven't even been attempting to be healthy in any way what-so-ever. A friend from high school has been showing her weight loss journey on facebook and her results are amazing. It has really inspired me to get back on track. She is now a coach at BeachBody and is going to be helping me along. Along with recording my meals on here I am going to be recording my workouts at the BB WOWY gym. I hope this helps hold me accountable.
