WooHoo!!! It may not be much into the 130's but it's there, I made it!!! I can't believe I actually came this far!! There is still a lot of work to do but just slipping into this area makes it all worth it. Keeping reasonable goals has truly helped me. I'm learning what I can and can not eat. I ahven't been following any diet too much. I have this app on my phone "myfitnesspal" and its been helping me tremendously. It tells you how many calories, grams of fat, carbs etc. you can have in a day. I record everything I eat and try to stay as close to everything as I can. I have a horrible sinus infection so I didn't do any exercise this weekend. I jsut want the pressure in my head to go away! I honestly have no time for exercise my life is basicall work and school. I'm used to it though, I can't wait until spring for the nice weather so I can get out more often! I hope everyone is having as wonderful a day as me!
