I seem to be back on track for the most part. Still need to add the regular exercise, but I'm working on it. My scale seems to bounce all over the place but this is my "average weight" from my tries this morning. Looking forward to my new and hopefully more accurate scale arriving soon.
353.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
