Well, that's not all the unexpected. Ate really poorly this weekend, and yesterday's Super Bowl snacks weren't exactly healthy.

Oh well, I'll get back on track.

Really "brought it" this morning with P90x. Felt bad after kinda half-assing Kenpo X on Saturday. Did about 90% of Ab Ripper X this morning. Fell short on the roll up v-ups and the cross legged ones but managed all the reps on the other exercises. Was going to try to do more than 40 Mason Twists but absolutely collapsed on the 40th rep.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
