not sure if I've really lost weight, because I know I'm still dehydrated from being sick. Well, I'm getting back on track with no alcohol, starting today. I don't "plan" to drink again until the weekend of the 18th. That will give me 12 days of not drinking, eating right, and exercising. Hope I can stick to it and keep losing!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
