OMAD yesterday
Actually 21 hour fast
Pita, butter , cheese, onion , mushrooms and tomatoes.
Delicious !
2 x hot chocolate .
133.8 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
