- Started Scrip. diet pill . Took this morning and no side effects so far. After I took pill I had no urge to eat or munch. Had to make myself some soup for dinner so I could take other pills.
- Afternoon run: Metro loop 5 mile jog. Easy pace, Nice run.
224.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
