While I'm not thrilled that I've not lost any weight, I'm pleased that I haven't gained. Coming off of TOM is always a bit difficult for me, because my calorie consumption is off-kilter. I end up eating what I normally would, and find myself still hungry. The worst time of day is towards the end of work/making it home (basically before dinner). I end up snacking on whatever I can find and beating myself up over it later on.

Been getting back on track with going to the gym, which is a plus. Allowed myself to get derailed Friday, however. Was planning on hitting the gym after work, but ended up getting notice that a group of friends was going out for dinner. Ordered buffalo mac & cheese which was incredible (and incredibly bad for me, I'm fairly certain).

Signed up this week for Cleveland's Electric Run in June, and am waiting for the notification from the Color Run to sign up (that one is in May). In this past week I've started using the treadmill more at the gym (I usually opt for the elliptical as its less stress on the knees and feet, but I also read somewhere that it doesn't do nearly as much for your health). The hope is to build my stamina for the 5ks while still losing weight. I've gotten away from doing weights, but from what I've read so far I'll be working on adding that back into my regimen.

I've been happy with my progress so far, having lost 26 pounds from my heaviest. However I'm frustrated with myself for how slow I'm moving. A weigh-in exactly one year ago today had me at 174.8. I know they say slower weight loss is easier to maintain and more likely to be kept off, its annoying to see that after a full year I'm only 1.8 lbs less. I also don't really have a number in mind for a goal (only set one because the site requires it), but I'm looking to be happy with my appearance and healthy overall.
