Steak and chips for dinner yesterday was about 500 calories. Chips were a mix of potato and sweet potato and were done in the air-fryer with a spoonful of olive oil.

174.8 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
