The nice weather is making me feel great! It's so much fun to get out and ride when you don't have to worry about being too cold or too wet or too anything.

Had lunch at my favourite sushi restaurant yesterday...mmmm! I could eat sushi EVERY day of the week! Though I probably shouldn't....*sigh*...

Looking forward to another nice day. I plan on working out at home for about half an hour, riding my bike downtown and doing some window shopping (though there is a really cute pair of sandals I've had my eyes on for a few weeks now). Then it's off to work...and a bike ride home, uphill all the way! Followed by some relaxing yoga and an even more relaxing bubble bath.

A girl's gotta have something to get her in the proper mindset to get ready to work two 10 hour days in a row!
204.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 74.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Big bike fan here as well. Weather is breaking in NC and I have 4 great days in a row on the bike. Today country roads. Enjoy the rides. BTW: I am a bike mechanic...what kind are you riding?

I'm just riding an old CCM mountain bike. It gets me where I'm going. I ride to work and, when I have a day or two off, I go riding on this really great twisty trail near my house.

you certainly are active, deary. lol Bike riding all around, window shopping and walking, and workin' hard at work. You're so close to losing 25 pounds. Cant believe how good you're doing. Way to go!
