i need help and encouragement! i have stayed the same! I started soing atkins 2 days ago! great start! goal in one week to be at 155. drink lots of water and I am also going to really watch the Fat content! My goal is to stay below 40 g of carbs and 50 g of fat! Unless the fat comes from vegetables!
