Some friends and I are doing a personal weight loss challenge. We set fitness goals for each week, choose (nonfood) rewards, and at the end of the month the winner gets their reward and the other two pay for it!

I am working for a hiking trip! They hate the cold so its impossible to get them outside in this weather, but its cold here for more than half the year! I am getting cabin fever, so I am rocking this challenge.
263.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
