1309 kcal Fat: 54.96g | Prot: 80.46g | Carb: 130.07g.   Breakfast: veggie sausage, fat free half and half, coffee, mushroom, onion, egg beaters, Heinz carb, smoked cheese. Lunch: strawberries, cabbage, walnuts, craisins, laughing cow, granny smith, apple cider vinegar. Dinner: curves, spinach, weight watcher english , laughing cow, turkey burger, apple cider vinegar, smoked gouda, heinz carb. Snacks/Other: popcorn, jell-o. more...
losing 1.8 lb a week
