Funny thing about weight fluctuations
It’s not surprising if you had 2 kilos plus, but it is, if you lost 2.
Water, toilet, stress, alcohol, salt, menstruation cycle and many many more things causing weight to jump from top to bottom and back.
Take your daly measurements of the week, add them together, devise on 7 - that’s your most correct number.
