After the jump-start diet I've been doing yoga 4x a week in school and that's been wonderful I think with mellowing me out and starting to build my muscles better. I'm also starting the Max Capacity Training so I'm feeling great about that!
Haven't been eating at 100% but I don't think I've been going too crazy... feeling a bit sick so I'm trying to drink a lot more liquids, so I hope that helps to flush everything out!
