Seeing doc for a physical in one month, weighing 202.0, planning on losing ten pounds this coming month with keto diet, intermittent fasting, hyrdation, exercise.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
