Had mom's birthday dinner and cake last night. My body is definitely not use to that kind of food anymore. From now on, I will stick to the way I eat regardless of celebrations. My stomach is angry with me.
203.5 lb Lost so far: 112.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
