didn't feel like dinner last night as ..s I me bews made me lose my appetite. (work funds) have eaten very healthy this past week made soups low fat bread. smaller portions too. have been on the skates with rgianne mid week and also last sunday around the green in Torquay. feel much healthier .. also been trying the planking challenge 20 sec 30 sec hard but feels good. I have had white wine Wednesday sunday and Tuesday. not iver doing alcohol and keeping to my 1200 ..1900 leway.
