i don't feel very well. i've been too busy to eat properly, and i'm losing weight too fast. My energy level is really low. Maybe I'll feel better after breakfast and my workout.
167.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
