I was surprised my weight didn't go up today. I had a massive omelette and pancakes at IHOP last night full of sodium. It's a lot easier to monitor what you eat, maintain portion sizes, and stay within you daily calorie goal when staying at home and cooking your own food!

Tonight I'm going to a "walking taco party." Who knows how many calories will be in what? no food scale or measuring cups to discern portion sizes... I guess I'll just try and eat until I'm full and not stuff myself and hope for the best! LOL
197.6 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

II find that if I'm naughty and eat what I shouldn't I don't see it on the scale until like 2 days later. I'm just starting on this website I'm trying to curb my indulgence with food.
