At home!!!!! Yay - tho at docs I weighed 168.7 on Friday when I got back home and stepped on my scale it was still over 171. So I’m gonna take this number today on my home scale as a win! Can’t wait to see it in the 60’s here at home!

170.0 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
