Stayed within my calories and exercised a bit yesterday. Been craving cheese with my eggs for breakfast but it does not seem worth the calories. Only been eating when I am hungry which seems to work out pretty well. Although I am only eating 2 meals a day when I only eat when I am hungry. Don't really eat snacks but I drink a lot.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week


Comments 
If you eat scrambled eggs, use one whole egg and one egg white. Then add a little cheese. Should be about the same calories, but a little more fat. Treat yourself every once in a while:-)
