Bad day today. Slept very little last night. Stressed out at work. Didn't have a chance to have breakfast. Ate junk at lunch.
However, after work I have pledged to make today and future days better. Bought a new lunch box with new containers to take food with me. The only other good container I had was fairly large so I had a habit of filling it way too full. So more reasonable portion sizes with my new containers. Bought a new scale because my old one was questionable on accuracy of numbers. Cooking supper now, chicken pot pie with asparagus, then going to work on cooking lunch/supper tomorrow because it's going to be a 11 hour work day tomorrow.
