Kicked it off this week eating healthier and tracking my calories again using fatsecret and am down 3 pounds on my weekly Friday weigh-in...nice. Most of it just seems like a mental thing in getting started. This is my 3rd day being really anal in tracking my calories. It may end badly today, though, because my Dad is getting some pies from Marie Calendars for dessert tonight after we eat dinner with them. It's always harder when what you eat for dinner is out of your control.
