I originally started WW on Jan 24, 2011. I did it a few years ago and received some good results. With the new WW points plus, it focuses on Carbs! I like that bc carbs are not my friend. Hopefully I will give me the results I need. Last time I did it, I did not even try hard. This time I've given it all I got. Today was day 5 of exercising this week...YAY ME. With snow back in town, I can't make it to the gym so I guess I have to make myself get up and do Zumba and P90X
