I'm devastated! I've gained five pounds. I don't know where it came from!! I went grocery shopping today, bought lots of strawberries, cherries, fish, veggies and Crystal light for making sugar free drinks. hopefully, I can get back on track and get these pounds to come off. I bought zucchini and squash to try the "fake pasta" recipe.

My famous phrase from AALIYAH "Dust yourself off and try again" I doubt it was the cookie from the other day (because that would be over the top) just from one cookie, make sure you're drinking your water to flush your system (lord knows I've been DRINKING WAYYYYY TOO MUCH) good luck to you girlfriend.

I see dramatic weight gain after a day of not watching my sodium intake. It makes everybody hold water, but some more than others. Sugar has the same effect. Maybe that has something to do with the quick gain. If you think it does, drink a lot of water and watch your sodium and sugar intake for a couple of days. If it's just water, you'll spend half your day in the bathroom and be down a couple of pounds the next day.
