Now that the holidays are over, I want to start really focusing on my weight loss. I've lost about 10 lbs, but that is over the span of a month or so. I want to try to shorten the loss, and lengthen the maintenance of it
156.9 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
