I finally broke through my plateau AND am still keeping everything I eat down. I’m so happy with myself, I’m gonna try to make dinner a little bigger tonight to see how I handle it. Hopefully it all goes well!

118.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
