Didn’t work out since April 1 and intensified my workouts since the past few days .. hoping these gains are muscle weight 😓... been fluctuating in 80 the entire month .. body doesn’t wanna let it go! Been on a controlled diet and have been fairly disciplined .. Have to just stick with the steps and not give up until I see those 70s!
