Peanut butter 1/2 cup
Honey 1/3cup
Vanilla extract 1tspn
Nutella 1/3 cup
(add Coconut 1/3 of you would like)
168.8 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
