stayed at this weight for the last week, battling pain right now so I'm finding it hard to use tread mill every day, bad excuse I know, just need to push myself.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
