Made it so far. Had to get the help of my doc for a kick-start with Duromine. Its the only thing that keeps me away from the snacking. And it takes food off my mind. Had a little asshole make a crap comment at the gym again so self confidence is a bit buggered. Steering clear of the gym so just doing Zumba at home till the sting wears off. Then try again..............
